Cooper's life as it is today

• He is playing spring tackle football with a bunch of his buddies
• He comes home every day with playground stories and a new injury
• He was pretty excited to tell Scott and I that he has grown his first arm pit hair!
• He always has some sort of ball in his hands
• He is exactly 5 ' and weighs 94 lbs
• He doesn't like to brush his teeth
• He leaves for school at 7:30 a.m. {on the dot} and meets his buddy Blake on the corner, he gets pretty frustrated when his little brother and sister aren't ready
• He is confident and never appears to be shy
• He makes his own lunch every morning and usually helps me with Cannon and Sophie's
• He is getting really good at making rice crispy treats ~ they are his favorite
• He constantly plays with Cannon in the back yard, usually soccer
• He still likes to play army with is buddy Jace, next door
• He is really loving being a deacon and going to mutual on Wednesday nights
• He is a reader... he can finish a 400 page book in a day or two
• He falls asleep with his lights on and i Pod blaring, almost every night
• He is super sensitive and knows when someone needs a hug
• Myth Busters and The Biggest Looser are his favorite shows to watch lately
• He is constantly chewing on random things that he finds
• His favorite hymn is Praise to the man
• He likes for me to bring in a bunch of little ceasar pizza's for lunch for all his buddies
• He loves to talk and tell stories and he can definitely come up with some good ones!
• He is very street smart, but struggles with common sense
• He has lots of friends
• He doesn't have an appetite first thing in the morning... just like his mama
• He is into wearing, thin pullover sweatshirts and shorts... he is not a fan of jeans
• He has a cell phone and rarely uses it
• Most adults are entertained by Cooper!
• His nicknames are Coop ~ Scooper ~ Scooper Pooper {he doesn't like that one} Cooper Schmidt ~ Dimples ~ Coop Dawg
• His signature on his cell phone right now is =-)LAYS(-= ..... {short for frito lays}
• He hasn't been smiling as big since he got his braces
• Everyone that sees him lately, their first response is how handsome he is getting
• He is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the Book of Mormon stories... he seems to always understand the stories
• He falls asleep {with his mouth open} in sacrament meeting, due to 8 am church
• He has become a great little snow boarder ~ he tears it up!
• He claims that we are turning into an Amish family... due to some new time limits we have on our t.v. ~ i pods and computers
• He tells me... he loves me all the time

And we love him more! Our home would not be the same with out his spunk.
