We decided to spend spring break with a few families in Park City. We had a great time skiing/snowboarding and just hanging out with all our friends. I don't have pictures of everyone we hooked up with but, there always seemed to be a friend for each one of our kids. I am pretty sure everyone had a blast.
Some of the highlights of our week included:
*sleeping in and not being on a schedule
*spending time with our kids
*listening to good talks on cd, about important subjects
*eating brunch at Grand America in Salt Lake

*Hanging out with our oldest boy ~ he is becoming more of an adult than a kid and he seems to want to hang around with the adults these days. Of course, we love it!
*Taking lots of pictures of the these two beauties, they are fun subjects to capture
*Taylor loosing her cell phone on our first ski day.. she was bummed!
*Watching our cute snow bunny whiz right past me, going very fast {forgetting how to make her pizza, to stop} take a major tumble down the mountain. I was very relieved when I finally caught up to her, to find that she was okay and she had no broken bones or serious injuries. However, she was very scared and cautious after that fall!
*We love her newest nickname that Bishop Denny came up with....

*Having nice friends come and load up all our gear and take us back to the condo as soon as we needed
*Talking about life and motherhood with these awesome ladies ~ they each inspire me in a different way!

*Catching up with our dear friends, who lived in the same complex when we were first married. We definitely have some history with these guys!
*Watching each family interact with each other and taking their good and trying to apply it to my own family
*Tubing/sledding
*Witnessing Cannon learn a hard "life lesson" about listening to his mom and dad. We told him before he left our condo, that he would need his snowboarding boots for the sled hill and that he would be miserable with out them. He jumped into Barney's car and off he went with no socks and his vans on. When Scott and I arrived at the hill and we realized he choose his way {our way was to much work} we were bummed and knew it would not be long before he would be done and his feet would be frozen! Sure enough... he came into the warm tent.... CRYING.... where all us adults were keeping warm and that is where he remained the rest of the night! He was pretty sad that he didn't listen to our counsel.

All in all, it was a great family vacation! Now I am ready for a real vacation... with just Scott and I.
