Poor Cannon...

Is this not the saddest?

Our cute boy woke up Thursday morning with a very red and swollen eye. I figured it was another stye?? He has not had much luck in the department of styes or boils. As a matter of fact he has been cursed with them. Poor kid. When he woke up this morning and his eye looked like this.... I obviously was on the phone with my Dr. and he had an appointment by 9 a.m. Sure enough, I was wrong and it was not a stye, it was an eye infection and needed to be taken care with antibiotics. Which I am not a fan of, I usually like to take care of things the natural way. But, with the looks of this, I decided I would not mess with the eye and we started the augmentin immediately! Luckily, by this evening it is already half the size and he can open it slightly. So, we are on our way to seeing his pretty blue eye again.

Thank goodness.

The bright side is, is that I had a great time hanging out with my little buddy all day today. He ran all my errands with me, we ate lunch together and enjoyed our dairy queen dipped cones.

He was such a good sport.

Isaac had the same thing happen last year. It looked exactly like that.
How are you guys? I feel like we live in another world from eachother. We have to meet up in Park City and Aspen Grove to ever see your family. We had such a great time with you guys. That is the very reason I love having something like Aspen Grove. One week of all togetherness.
