This week is Highland's homecoming dance and this is how Austin asked his date:
Unfortunately, I had other obligations with another child, so I was unable to help as much I would have liked. So, Taylor took over that role for me and helped Austin with his poster and handwriting. Can you tell that this is supposed to be an iPhone with his 'tweet'? If you know Austin at all, you know that he has a twitter account and loves to tweet! And apparently, so I've been told, he is pretty funny and has a few people who follow him. I don't have a twitter account, so I'm pretty much out of the loop with the tweeting world. But, one thing I have heard is, is that our family conversations have been tweeted many times... which is pretty scary AND embarrassing!
Thankfully, Taylor grabbed my camera and snapped some shots for me to have and went with him to deliver his goodies. (Thank goodness for a daughter who knows what is important to me)
This is such a fun time of life with our teenagers. As much as they sometimes worry me to death, I love it and I love having their friends around. They keep life exciting for us.
-notice his profile picture on the poster... that was his picture for a really long time and he insisted on printing it out and using it-

Haha so clever!! You have such a beautiful family!
Clever indeed! Of course she'll say yes! Saying no would just be ridiculous! :)
So cute Tracey. He didn't ask Kiley did he?
Did you get my message the other day? I tried calling you back.
