Cannon has been anxiously waiting for the day to build his pine wood derby car with his dad. They had a great time sanding, painting & decorating the
"BLACK WIDOW"
I don't know who gets more competitive & into it... the father or the child?
It's actually pretty entertaining to watch the emotions fly around the gym.

Cannon was pretty mellow watching his car each time it raced. His personality reminded us of Austin's, when he was this age. So cute.
Each boy stood & introduced their car & what their experience was in making it...
The "Black Widow" came in 4th place & Scott actually did okay with the loss. My vote is that the dad's need to have their own pine wood derby race with no rules, next year.
Cannon was so proud of his car & he had such a great time.

Pinewood Derby...isn't hilarious how much the Dad's get into it! Too funny. I think they should give awards like "The calmest Dad award" or something. The Black Widow looks great Cannon:)
