I can't believe another year has gone by.....
I am having a hard time accepting the fact that our baby is growing up so fast. I hate it. Sometimes I just wish I could freeze this little girl and keep her this age forever! She brings our home so much joy and keeps us laughing continually. We celebrated her birthday this year with the help from her cousins and friends. She wanted to have a swim party here in her own back yard. I think she had a great time and was so happy that she finally turned

1. She is full of personality with a quick wit.
You never know what is going to come out of this girls mouth.
2. Her smile is contagious.
When I feel down or grumpy, her cute smile can turn it all around for me.
3. She has a great sense of style.
She can put together an outfit, accessorized and all and they seemed to be changed all thru out the day. I often find her in her bathroom with my straight iron, straightening the heck out of her hair! This girl knows what's up when it comes to the finishing touches.
4. She is smart.
She has a desire to learn and is becoming quite the little reader. She loves that she can participate in family scripture study. She has beautiful handwriting and loves to write in her journal!
5. She loves babies....
I am convinced she will be a great mommy someday!
6. She already seems to have a sense of self worth and self confidence.
She knows who she is.... and won't let anyone tell her different.
This sassy look... kills me!
She loves her cousin Elsie to pieces and feels like she has been ripped off that she doesn't have a baby sister. But somebody has to be the baby, right?

Your catching up! I need to do the same. Such cute pictures! I can't believe how fast our girls are growing up. Pretty soon we will be sitting at their baptisms. So sad! It's great seeing all the new photos! That last photo of Sophie smiling reminds me of Scott! Did you get any photos from the labor day camping trip? Christian forgot to take his camera. The blog by Scott about jogging is so cute! Happy birthday Sophie!
