Cannon & I had a fun glitter party with the "family turkey project" he brought home! All the 2nd grade classes are having a contest with the turkeys - they are hanging them all on the wall and the judges will decide who's is the most creative. Anyhow, we had a great time together deciding what to do to make his turkey look "manly!" He was a little worried....he did NOT want it looking like Sophie's pink princess turkey!
Cannon came up with the name "BOB" for his turkey!
I just love this kid - he has been such a sweetheart lately. Out of the blue he will look at me and smile and say "I LOVE YOU MOM" and my heart melts!
I get a little bugged sometimes when these projects come home - but I have to say these last few that we have done have been pretty fun. Maybe its the deadlines I don't like?!?

I was missing making a turkey with carli this year. They did theirs at school. Oh well, less glitter on my floor I guess! He is so cute!
U should keep that as a permanent Thanksgiving decoration! Cute:)
