Valentine's Day ❤

I Valentine's Day

We had such a fun weekend, our Valentine's started on Saturday morning when we woke up to our front door being heart attacked! We are not 100% who did it, but rumor has it... the hearts were all for Cooper!?!

Grandma picked Piper up early Saturday morning and took her to her first grooming appointment. She came home looking cute and festive with her pink Valentine bow on the top of her head.

Saturday night, Scott and I went to Mastro's ~ City Hall Steakhouse. It was so yummy and we had a great time together, just the two of us and no interruptions! I love hanging out with him and catching up on life. I am so glad to have him as my partner and best friend. He keeps me going and continually reminds me to look at the big picture. I am grateful for his forgiving heart and willingness to change and make things better.
He is always so good to me in the flower department. I can not remember a holiday that has gone by that I have not received flowers from my husband. I am grateful for him and his quiet way that he serves me daily.

Every Valentine's Day I get something from my own dad. He started this when I was a young girl in elementary school. He used to send either candy bouquets, flower arrangements or balloons. I love this tradition and can count on something at my door step every Valentine's Day from the best dad in the world! This year he sent me chocolate covered strawberries of all different kinds and WOW... they were yummy! Scott has taken on this same tradition with our girls and they love it. He sent them balloons and See's candy. They were in heaven.

It looks like Sophie was feeling the love for Piper and wanted to share some of her Valentine treats

Scott made a wonderful Valentine's dinner for the kids and I. He asked me Saturday what sounded good and told me not to worry about our Sunday dinner, he had it all under control. He went to the grocery store and planned it all out. Of course, I couldn't help myself and I had to help just a little bit. So, I set the dining room table and we had a candle light dinner and invited some of my family over. The dinner was delicious and we had a great visit with my family and Great Grandma who is 91 years old! Thanks hon for all you did, you rock!

I think this is the only picture I got of my Valentine

And, our cute little Elle Belle loves our school house and played outside the whole afternoon.... I love this girl!

The weather was so beautiful, so we spent the rest of the afternoon outside, hanging out and watching the boys play football

I LoVe Valentine's Day and am so glad I have so many people to lOvE!
