I am always on the hunt for a great quote for my young women lessons.
I love this one.
It went right along with the lesson, which was on, "Preparing to Teach Others." We talked about how someday these girls will need to know all they can so they can teach their own babies, their friends and anyone who asks, about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Will they be able to answer the questions they should know and are they doing everything they can NOW, to prepare to be able to teach someday?!
I love my calling, I love my girls and I love to teach my own daughter {and I think she likes it too?} I definitely have an advantage... having some of Taylor's friends as some of my mia maids. On Friday night, Taylor and her posee were here with a bunch of their friends. After most of the friends had left, a few of her closest friends stayed and were here pretty late talking with me on my bed. I love these girls like my own and have known most of them for a long time. It has been so fun to watch them grow into the beautiful young women that they are today. I just know that they will be amazing mothers and wives someday!
I never posted the many, many pictures that I took when I went to girls camp last year. So I had to put a couple on here of Tay and a few of my mia maids. I love these pictures, especially because they remind me of the talk that Sister Hatch had just given on virtue and Temples. She had each of them go out on their own and find a quiet place to read their scriptures and write their feelings and experiences in their journals. The spirit was so strong and the feeling of peace was one I think they will always remember.

I love these girls and am looking forward to another great year at girls camp!

Hey Tracey, beautiful pictures and I'm so happy to get a sec to catch up! It looks like all is well and I'm SO glad that things are going fine after that heart attack! That is so scary!!!
So glad you got to go to the temple too...looks so pretty.
Did you get my message that I called you back a couple weeks ago? I hope so...hope you didn't need something urgent!
Thanks again for a great quote to add to my collection.....and thanks a lot for making me feel guilty for trying to get out of girls camp this year.
Your camp shirts are adorable!!
