Grandma's birthday dinner

Last weekend was Grandma's 57th birthday..... Since I happened to be out of town for our stake youth conference, I was unable to celebrate with her on the actual day. So instead, we had her over for our Sunday feast. It is so great having girls, Taylor and Sophie decorated the front door for her and we had a candle light dinner in the dining room {which we never use and my kids beg all the time}. They decorated her chair with balloons and streamers and had her cards and gifts waiting on her place mat {I wish I had better pictures}. It was pretty cute and also so nice that I don't have to worry about all the fluff myself anymore. I think I trained them well!

Thanks girls

I love my mom so much and am grateful for her continual "motherly" service towards me and my family. This is an eternal calling and one that never goes away. She is a blessing to me and the one person I can always count on. I never hesitate to ask, she is always willing and able to do whatever for me. Thanks mom. We love you!
Happy 57th Birthday Grandma...

She must not go anywhere without her doggie! How sweet of your kids to do that. I bet she loved it.
