Last week my mom took Taylor on a date to go see The Phantom of the Opera. Taylor hadn't seen it and was pretty excited to have her Grandma all to herself for the evening. Since the next day was Veterans Day, Taylor was able to stay the night with her. Taylor sure loves her Grandma and periodically still asks to stay the night at her house. For some reason, I don't recall asking to stay the night at my Grandma's house, when I was in the 8th grade.
I am thankful my kids have such great Grandparents!
