Happy Mother's Day

My Mom, Sophie and Grandpa Watkins
Grandma McCleve & Ashlyn

I just wanted to wish my Mom, Grandma McCleve & Grandma Simas a very Happy Mother's Day! I want my mom to know how much I love & appreciate her for all the efforts she puts forth in helping with my family! My kids love her so much & are ALWAYS looking forward to her visits, they usually can talk her into taking them any where they need to go. She would give her shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. I am grateful for Grandma Simas (Scott's mom) & Grandma McCleve (mom 2) for their supreme examples they have been to me & my girls! All of these women have huge hearts & have taught me by their examples, what true motherhood is all about.

"There is no role in life more essential and more eternal than that of motherhood"
Elder M. Russell Ballard

Gosh, this quote is a little scary to me! There is nothing more rewarding or more joyful than being the mother to my children, but i can also say there are times I have NEVER felt so inadequate with this responsibility that I have been given. I just hope that I will fulfill my role & not have too many regrets, Motherhood fills me with purpose. Let's hope... I will have SOME of these parenting skills down by the time I am a Grandma... let's just hope.
Happy Mother's Day to all you GREAT mom's out there!

Happy Mother's Day! I think this is the first mothers day we have not done dinner together! It feels so weird! Lucky me.... my husband woke up this morning with the FLU!!!! That means I am taking care of all the kids! Hope he feels better soon! Thank goodness mom is here to help me and enlighten my day! Hope you have a great day. You are such a great mom and have so much to be proud of.

Thanks for visiting my blog tracey...I am so anxious to have this little girl. I don't have much longer but I am pretty miserable. At least Brian is done in Tucson and will be here now. Our C-sect. date is May 29..
